you're it. so for the next 30 day challenge I will be trying to run 100 miles in the 30 days. for those of you who live in the metric world that is 160.9 km. it should be doable but as it is getting hotter I will be doing it late in the evening or on treadmills at work. i plan to measure my weight and resting pulse before i begin the challenge to see if there is any change. if i had a bike i could think of a few challenges with it. soon.
