I am in the process of trying to find a bike shop here i riyadh. There are none as far as I can tell. it is truly amazing. the weather is really nice right now mid 80s in the afternoon and 60s at night perfect weather to ride in but no bikes to be had. Perhaps i will luck out and find one in the next few days.

So i have an unbelievable observation that I have made. If gasoline costs less than 25 cents per gallon no one rides a bike. That is what gasoline costs here in Saudi arabia. 25 cents per gallon. Mindboggling isnt it. Anyways I saw two bikes in the evening during my walk. Poor old beaten up folks. It will be an adjustment.
